We’ve had enough of digital monopolies and surveillance capitalism. We want an alternative world that works for everyone, just like the original intention of the web and net.
We seek a world of open platforms and protocols with real choices of applications and services for people. We care about privacy, transparency and autonomy. Our tools and organisations should fundamentally be accountable and resilient.
Is there a date for the February meetup yet?

Hello redecentralize, The registration page for the February meetup is now up. This month we're doing a mix of lightning talks and longer talks (up to 30 mins). Speakers still wanted. http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/redecentralize-february-london-meetup-registration-10388404999 Nonmontonix.
Well, I did list myself on the GitHub page as the local contact. I'm actually new here, having recently relocated from North Carolina, but as I get a little more into the tech scene I plan to spread around some interest. There is a huge amount of technology stuff here (not quite as much as the Bay up North, but a lot), so I'm sure there will be interested people.
